ADHD Parent Coaching
If you're feeling overwhelmed by power struggles, tantrums, or daily challenges, you've come to the right place! Rooted in the principles of behavior parent training, my coaching offers practical strategies to help you keep both yourself and your child regulated, reducing conflict and creating a calmer, more connected home environment.
Parents deserve resources and support. This job matters more than any other job in the world. It determines the next generation and how they feel about themselves. Parent training is a key component of treating childhood ADHD according to The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
Parent coaching isn’t a replacement for therapy, in fact many of my clients are also working with therapists. Coaching is an excellent adjunct to therapy. Together, we’ll work on effective strategies to reduce conflict, foster connection, and create an environment where your child—and your whole family—can thrive.
